Why this place stood out
Lublin felt like a surprise: pretty, affordable and much less crowded than the big Polish tourist cities. It is ideal when you want old-town charm without big-city prices.
For Saki The Wanderer, the most interesting part of a trip is usually the story behind the place: how history, local life, Indian connections, film memories and traveller surprises come together in one journey.

How I would approach this trip
Walk slowly through the Old Town and give yourself time for side streets. Lublin is more about atmosphere than one single blockbuster attraction.
